Call for artist to develop and deliver a one-day creative workshopopportunity
The University of Exeter is seeking a freelance artist to develop and deliver a one-day creative workshop for up to 25 Flexible Combined Honours students, to take place on Wednesday 4 March 2020 on the University’s Streatham Campus.
The objective of the workshop will be to engage Flexible Combined Honours (FCH) students in a creative experience resulting in a legacy output, showing what can be achieved in a multidisciplinary environment.
The theme of the workshop will be ‘Urgency’ and will connect with research at the University’s Global Systems Institute (GSI). This new institute is developing transformative solutions to global challenges in order to secure a flourishing future for humanity as an integral part of a life-sustaining Earth system.
Flexible Combined Honours (FCH) at the University of Exeter offers a unique and appealing degree structure to students, allowing them to study a range of subjects, related or totally diverse, in a very flexible manner. Through this approach, they have the opportunity to develop a particular blend of knowledge and skills in line with their own subject interests and career objectives.
