Join them on their journey from the Smoky Mountains of West Virginia to the meadows of Totnes in this live listening event. Steep yourself in the extraordinary world of insects, from fireflies that coordinate their light shows, to seventeen-year periodical cicadas breaking Mair’s microphone with their racket. Come and listen to insects, conversations with their enthusiasts and the new poems they have inspired.
There will also be an extraordinary chance to see the special insect collections at the RAMM with the museum’s natural science specialist, Holly Morgenroth.
Taking place at RAMM (Royal Albert Memorial Museum) on Tuesday 12th November. Doors at 6.30pm with a talk at 7pm. Tickets are £10 each and can be book via RAMM's website here.
