Project Planning Canvas

About the Project Planning Canvas

We have created this tool to help structure the development of your creative project. Follow a series of steps to build your initial idea into a fully-rounded proposal.

To get the most out of our Project Planning Canvas, we suggest using it in parallel with our Get Creative Planning Toolkit.

The tool takes inspiration from the Business Model Canvas (BMC), devised by Alex Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. More information about the BMC can be found here.

Visit the Exeter Innovation 'Ideas Hub' for more BMC templates.
